Due to a past blood test, my doctor told me I have slight swelling of the thyroid. Recently I have begun experiencing wheezing , shortness of breath and tightness in my chest. I s this a symptom of increased swelling of my thyroid? Should I call my doctor soon? nevermind~
I understand that you have a thyroid swelling. This can be associated with either increase or decrease thyroid function. Alteration in thyroid function can have any kind of symptoms and it is preferable to check your thyroid blood test, just to ensure your thyroid functions are normal.
