Can Indigestion Cause Ache On The Right Side Under The Rib?
I have been having twice this week an ache on right side under rib. Started couple days ago. I took some alka seltzer and it stopped for a couple hours and then back again. Have had alot of belching with it. It is something to be concerned about. Also had back ache with it? Or, is this indigestion?
Respected user , hi Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Indigestion directly will not cause such ache , but it is the basic etiology which is responsible for indigestion will give such pain as
- gall bladder condition ( stone , polyp or other ) - biliary system related ( stricture , stone or other ) - peri ampullary lesions - liver pathologies ( abscess , cyst , hepatomegaly , hepatitis , tumors ) - ulcer problems ( stomach , duodenum ) - others
Hope this clears your query . Welcome for further assistance . Regards dear .
