Can Indigestion Cause Pain In Right Shoulder?

I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder since early morning (06:30 approx.). Could it be indigestion? I have been burping, a little coughing, and much pain when taking a deep breath. I have taken a couple of BC powders. The pain has decreased a little but has been persistent all day. The million dollar question, could I be experiencing heart attack symptoms, all day?

Hello,

Let me start from the last concern "million dollars question" question and here is the answer which coast, not a single penny. The right shoulder pain may not be due to any cardiac disease, unless it is being confirmed by some investigation and clinical examination, till then it could be due to some muscular spasm. Digestive dysfunction cannot cause the shoulder pain if this is the hyperacidity or acid peptic disease or biliary colic and these may cause the chest pain, backache, and some time shoulder pain. But for all of these one has to go through the different tests.
