Can Infection Spread Through Urine On Clothes?

My Mom urinated on herself 2 hrs after bcg treatment. She then went to the toilet and flushed without cloroxing after. Is the rest of the family at risk now? What should we do is it ok to put her clothes she urinated on in the washing machine with hot water?
