Can Inhaling Fumes Cause Shortness Of Breath And COPD?
i served on a diesel electric submarine from 1951 to 1953. when charging vbatteries using a snorkel ehile submerghed the fumes in the boat were very strong. i sleep in the after battery room. i have shortness of breath and many other health probleems. could this have caused copd and what else?
