Can Intake Of Myteka Cause Severe Headaches?

doctor have prescribed me for taking myteka 10 mg for 3 months last 10 days i was taking before sleep time yesterday i could not take it so i took it in the morning is it viable secondly i am having severe headache not tolerable what i am supposed to do should i discontinue ? or taking it as scheduled ?/ thanks
