Can Intake Of Viagra Cause Redness In Left Testicle?

Hi, it s my first time to take Viagra pill 100mg last Sunday but next day - Monday I noticed my left started to turn red and until now (Friday) its still red. Is this Viagra side effect? if yes, is there any cure for it? Can you please help me. Thank you glen
