Can Intake Of Metroprolol Be Stopped After Taking It For Short Period Of Time Due To Fatigue?

hi I ve been taking metroprolol for the last month and have been feeling very tired and not the same. I m an athlete and my strength and drive is not as it used to be. I feel tired all day. Am I safe to stop taking it at once due to my short period of time on it?

I am so sorry to hear about what you experienced taking this medication. I will suggest that you talk to your doctor before stopping this medication. There would be substitute that may not necessarily cause the same symptoms. Stopping drugs without consulting the prescribing doctor is not always the right thing to do.
