Can Intake Of Pregablin & Amitriptyline Cause Hardening Of Testicles?

I lost a testicle when I was young I was told it was cancer then after it was removed it was beign, my other testicle is very hard, alittle sore at times, I need to go toilet alot to urinate, constantly feeling tired and also am on medication of pregablin as I have had a discoctomy and have nerve problem, I used to have amitriptyline, I am just wondering whether these tablets could have caused the problem to my testicle?

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The reactions like you think are not known to occur with pregabalin or amitriptylin.
I hope you have undergone ultrasonography and color Doppler examination to find out why these changes have occurred.
You are possible suffering from urinary tract and retrograde infection of the testis.
Go for all the relevant blood and urine test including urine -culture and sensitivity; also semen analysis and culture sensitivity.
You have only one so this is most important.
