Can Intake Of Sugars And Chocolate Cause Bloating?
I am a 40yr male and have severe bloating.I go to gym daily 90mins eat breakfast tea 2 sugar lunch normally a sandwhich another tea 2 sugars a few biscuits.A good diner with veg another tea and about 5 choclate digestives.Is it possible that my intake of sugar is to mucg.Also consume about 2 oranges and a apple and about 2 lt of water
Dear Have you changed any dietary habits recently??? You why these many times tea??? it contains theophylline and caffeine cause stomach irritation. Since when your symptoms developed???
Some time artificial sweetener difficult to digest cause bloating.
Some times high intake of sugar cause poor obsorption in small bowel then enter into large bowel produce more gas.
Some times chocolate mixed with milk or high fructose corn syrup these can cause gas in some people.
Avoid excessive coffee and tea Continue exercise Tab. Rifaximine 200mg thrice in a day will help. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
