As per your say you have problem of abdominal bloting problem that may be because of food intolerance or any infection present or other reasons.
More fatty food consuption and eating fast also cause abdominal bloting problem.
If alternative diarrhea and constipation problem present than think about irritable bowel syndrom.
Intestinal infection may ruled out.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal x ray can done if needed..
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
Avoid stress.
Avoid gaseous foods and fatty foods and junk foods..
Drink more water.
