Can Intercourse After Period Cause Any Infection?

Hi,
I finished my period 5 days ago, the day after that I had pretty rough, unprotected sex multiple times with a very well endowed man (which I'm certain my vagina is not used to). After having sex with him for the last time, I noticed I was getting a pinkish-orange discharge, and still am today. It doesn't have an unusual smell, it doesn't burn when I urinate, and he said he was recently checked and was clean. I'm wondering if this is a sign of an infection, or simply just because of the bigger size I'm not used to. Also, if this is still happening, is it absolutely necessary not to have sex with him again until it goes away?
