Can Intermittent Chest Pain Be Diagnosed Through A Detailed Blood Test Report Suggest?

Hi Doctor!!!Male, 30, Weight-65 Kg CBC:- HB- 13.8, TLC- 6.23, Polymorphs- 52.2, Lymphocytes- 40.7, RBC- 4.35, MCV- 95.4, MPV- 12 LIPID:- Cholesterol- 231.2, Triglyceride- 206.7, HDL- 44.3, LDL- 145.6, VLDL- 41.3, LDL/HDL Ratio- 3.29, HDL/LDL Ratio- 0.30, CHOL /HDL Ratio- 5, Non-HDL-CHOLESTEROL-186.9 Lever Panel:- SGOT- 49.7, SGPT- 79.1, Other are Normal Kidney Panel-2 and Thyroid Profile-I[T3,T4,TSH] are normal. I am young and there is no pain in my abdomen till date. Sometimes I feel cramps in heart only. Please tell how severe this is and how this should be treated?

Your total cholesterol levels and triglycerides level are high. Other reports are normal as per mentioned history. For high cholesterol, take low fat diet. Fruits can be taken more. Green leafy vegetables should be taken more. Daily do 30 minute to one hour active exercise like running, jogging etc . If cholesterol level not decreased with life style management than start antihyperlipidemidrugs like Rosuvastatin
