Can Intermittent Dull Pain In Pelvis Be A Symptom Of Uti?

For a few weeks I have had this very mild dull poking sort of pain in both sides of my lower back. Every once and awhile I will feel even more dull pain in one or both sides of my pelvis region, mirrored from the back pain. No other symptoms at all. But I did go it to the doctor a couple months ago cause I had symptoms of a uti, they said I didn t have one. It went away on its own a couple weeks later. I don t know if thats relevant.

Hi. If the Urine and other tests rare normal, you can go for Ultrasonography examination . The pain you described may be due to muscle spasm of low-back. If the pain is going to lower limbs , visit Orthopedic Surgeon.
