You have been skipping breakfast or lunch on weekdays. Presently, you are experiencing
stomach cramps that are causing you to get restless and uncomfortable. Do not skip meals. It will cause stomach acid thus triggering stomach cramps. Avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy food instead take home made fresh nutritious food. You are suggested to take antacids and PPIs if needed as they can reduce discomfort.
Avoid
constipation, take laxatives if needed. Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are
appendicitis, peptic or esophageal ulcer, food
poisoning,
gastroenteritis, IBS, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP to detect pathology causing you symptoms. Get treated at the earliest. Stay away from addictions if any. Avoid stress, both physical and emotional.
