General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What symptoms you are having is not indicative of STI or STD. It is indicative of symptoms related to urinary incontinence, probably due to uterine prolapse. Also, there could be a possibility of chronic mucosal infection of vagina, leading to such symptoms.
However, it would be better you could get examined clinically by consulting Gynecologist. Also, you might require the following investigations to arrive at a proper diagnosis, so that it could be appropriately treated.
1. PAP smear.
2. Ultrasound scan of abdomen.
3. Urine routine examination.
Following report and examination findings, further referral to other specialist can be thought of, if necessary.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
