Can Itchy Red Rash After Feeding Be Due To Milk In Cerelac?
hi my son is developing itchy red colour rash soon after feeding cerelac(rice). this is the first feeding i gave for weaning. this disapper spontaneously with in 1 o 2 hrs. now i have stop giving cerelac n started on potato n carrot. what does it signify? is he is allergic to milk in the cerelac?

Rash on taking ceralac which lasts for 2 hours, signify that probably your child is allergic to something in ceralac.
You should stop ceralac immediately.
Other weaning products can be used like ferex which is easily available in market.
