Can Lactation Be Induced Through Medications?

Hi, I have recently adopted a baby girl of 4 months and I want to know if I can try induced lactation without using medicines. I have PCOD and I am using natural therapy for that. I have stopped taking hormones for PCOD since 1 year. Will that be an issue. I have such a strong urge of feeding my baby myself. I have recently noticed milk kinda liquid coming out of my right nipple when I squeeze it. It has never happened before. It only happened after the baby came. Is that normal? I don t even know if it is milk. It is whitish though. Please suggest how can I feed my baby. How do I produce milk? Thanks!
