Can Late Afternoon Walk Be Good After An Angioplasty?
I am a keen walker used toi walk twice a day till 19th of March this year when i had to under go angioplasty and two stents were placed.The Doctor who carried the Eco test after that i have an excellent heart conditoion.i have resumed my moring walk i.e an hour of brisk walk.Can i resume my late afternoon walk as well?
Certainly you can begin your afternoon walk as well. Start walking gradually and watch for the symptoms like chest pain, heaviness, and giddiness. If symptoms are appearing then you'll need to limit that other wise you can continue.
