Can Lazy Eye Be Treated By Implantation Of Lens Like In Cataract Surgery?

My wife, age 55, her right eye is lazy eye. . Her RT eye has -15.5 number with -3.0 cylinder and tests showed that it can be corrected to 6/18 status. Can lazy eye be treated by implantation of lense like in cataract surgey to 6/18 and her left eye is -1.05

Hello
I have read your problem .
The patient must be evaluated properly .
She has myopia but important thing is that it is pathological or not , means associated with retina problem.
If retina is normal and corneal thickness is normal then go for LASIK surgery.
If cataract is present then cataract extraction can be done.
I think concerned eye can improve.
