Can Leaning Over For Hours Cause Heartburn Issues?

i was told 2 years ago i have heartburn issues i went to the er 3 months ago and nothing changed i was there again last night doctor told me everything was normal but wanted to admit me for a stress test on my heart i denied could that not e detected in the tests i had taken also i lean over for hours at a time on my laptop could that be the problem the pain is always in the middle like a burning pain

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Endoscopy is helpful for diagnose.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

For gastric reflux disease modify your diet and lifestyle.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower etc. ...
Avoid citrus food and oily food.

Take small amount of meal and chew properly.
Elevate your head during sleeping.

Avoid immeadiat sleeping after meal.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol drinking.

Proper history and physical examination give exact idea.
