Can Left-sided Chest Pain Be Caused Due To A Leg Lift Exercise?

I have a sharp little pain that zaps me on the left side of my chest between my collarbone and nipple area- about midway. It happens only when I turn my head to the left too far. I wonder if doing a new leg lift exercise a few days ago could do this.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The chest pain can't be caused by leg lifting. Taking count that it gets worse when turning head at one side most probably it is a muscular pain. If you have recently done check muscle exercises and have had over exercised recently this may be a cause.

Probably you should do rest for 2-3 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
