Can Less Intake Of Water Cause Swollen Knees?

I care for a 94 yr old women started with a few tears on her lgs went to wound dr legs wrapped then lately very swollen from knees down past feet one leg has a shiny tone and u can see fluid could this have been caused by lack of walking and drinking water? she is not overweight doesn't eat a lot but does eat good food

Hi,
no, fluid or water intake is not related to knee swelling,
I think, it may be osteoarthritis, which is causing knee swelling. You need to see a rheumatologist to confirm it
