Hello,
I have gone through your question and i can understand your concern about white patches. I would like to know the exact size of white patch and since how many years it is present. I also want to know that if it increases in size since it was discovered.
Now coming to your question, sometimes pregnancy can increase the chances of increase in size of white patches due to hormonal changes, but it is not always so, therefore you need not to take much stress about it,because you can not do anything about it. So just chill and enjoy the pregnancy and best luck for your pregnancy.
I guess this will help you to get relieved from your concern.
