Can lisinopril be passed through semen to cause an allergic reaction? I am allergic to lisinopril and stopped taking it over a month ago due to an anaphylactic reaction to the drug that sent me to the ER. My fiancé is on 20mg lisinopril and we had sex for the first time in a while (due to surgery it’s been a while) less than 24 hours later I started having the same anaphylactic reaction this morning. I took Benadryl and had an epishot. My question is, could his ejaculate cause my reaction? That’s the only thing we could think of bc I’m not taking anything nor had I eaten anything out of the ordinary.
