Can Liver Failure Be Treated?
I have question I have a friend that od he is on a vent , he has decreased brain stem activity ,no brain waves ,he coded 3 to 4 times , he is on kidney dialysis , liver failure , and is NOT in a medical induced coma so my question is can some one recover from this and live a successful life . I have heard of miracle story s of someone coming out of a coma and living . but I know every situation is different ?

It is very unlikely that your friend can come out of a coma. At the same time it is not impossible. but as his kidney is on dialysis and have liver failure it is very difficult to lead a normal life. As his body is not in a situation to excrete out the waste metabolite's produced.
