Can losing weight and exercising help me relieve my restless leg syndrome? im also dealing with high bp could there be any link between them, and could lowering my bp help with the rls?
I`ve been suffering from what i believe is restless leg syndrome. late at night when im trying to sleep my legs keep tensing up and moving around and its really effecting my sleep(what little i do get) its like that feeling in your whole body stretches out when you have a big yawn, but just in my legs. I recently started exercising everyday and watching what i eat, and i`ve also been trying to lower my bp which i have been taking meds(tribenzor) for almost a year now, Im starting to see some results of the exercise and im feeling really good about my diet, my main concern is the rls im hunting for a job right now and if i cant get good sleep how can i hold down a decent job?
