Hi. 25 days Postpartum, vertical csection due to endometriosis. PE found 14 days after delivery as a result of cat scan. Now I'm on lovenox 2x a day 80 and coumadin 1x a day 5. Question is can lovenox and coumadin increase postpartum vaginal bleeding? Right before these medications were started my bleeding had diminished greatly but since starting the meds it has in creased as if a regular period cycle.
