Can Low Magnesium Levels In Blood Cause Muscle Cramps In The Legs?
I HAVE BEEN HAVING MUSCLE CRAMPS IN MY LEG IN THE UPPER THIGH ON BOTH LEGS. My left leg becomes weak also. My feet especially my left foot has slight pins & needles. Now & then the right leg will seem ok & is not weak. I had blood tests & my magnisium was low. I took pills & after another blood test they said the magnesium was ok however I still have it.

i agree..low magnesium levels cause cramps but there are other reasons too like low calcium and hemoglobin levels.
i suggest u to get these levels too so that they may b rectified.
