Can Lower Back Pain, Ketones And Blood In Urine Be Cervical Cancer Symptoms?

Lower back pain, ketones and blood in urine. Given a steroid shot, pack of oral steroids and macrobid just to cover all basis. I have high risk hpv and have been dx with Lsil in the past,, biopsies confirmed and suggested cone biopsy that I never followed thru on... Could cervical cancer have developed?? I m 29 and was dx with hpv at 18.

Hello,

The lower back pain, ketones and blood in the urine are not signs of cervical cancer. The most possible cause sounds as severe urinary tract infection with or without gravels or calculus in the urinary system. My guidelines at present:
- Drink plenty of liquids
- Urinary alkaliser as potassium hydrochloride
- Control of blood sugar (as diabetes is very likely)
- Urine culture report for guidance of antibiotic therapy
- Avoiding sexual activities if active
- Genital hygiene
