Can Lung Scarring Be Cured?
cat scan showed lung scarring. Possible side effect of amiodrone. stopped this med in january. can damage be reversed with different medication? Stopped smoking in 1986. Chest x-rays since have not indicated any lung damage until cat scan in january 2015.

Lung old scarring is not likely to be gone by itself or be cured. Usually it will remain there forever if not get worse.
