Can Marijuana In Newborn S Bloodstream Be Through Second Hand Smoke?
My niece had a baby last week and they found marijuana in the baby’s bloodstream. CPS was notified and says they are going to take the child. Niece says she didn’t smoke marijuana, but was with a friend who did. Could this be possible that the infant got it through second hand smoke? I don’t think she is telling us the truth.

The baby can get marijuana if there is a person smoking near the baby and it can enter babys blood stream and it is a serious matter and CPS will have full reason to act unless there is strong reason against not acting,
