Hey am 24 year old boy every day loses. 20-50 hairs loss when i took shower or oiling in hairs i took biotin 5 mg tablet vitamin e and good diet and use ayurvedic oils hair problem start to last month can u suggest why and after 2 day mastrubte reason for hair loss or not
