Understand your concern
Masturbation does not affect the sperm count.
Sometime excessive masturbation can cause decreased in sperm count but it not in your cases.
Masturbation is just like sex but without the involvement of the partners.
Do REGULAR MASTURBATION (4-5 times/week). It is good for health, reduce the anxiety and depression and also reduce the risk of prostate cancer.Your control does not affect the sperm count.
Eat high protein diet, fresh fruits, diet rich in Vitamin E, C, Zinc and magnesium. Do regular exercise like walking, running and yoga.
