Can Masturbation Cause Testicular Torsion?

Can masturbation face down cause testicular torsion? For example, can masturbating by rubbing your penis or testicles against a bed or pillow cause testicular torsion? And what does testicular torsion feel like-would it hurt and would I be able to tell if I had it?

As per you query, my answer is yes!

whenever there is rough handling of your testes especially when the scrotal sac is in lax/loose state, it might cause torsion of testis!

if it happens, it is like an electric shock and will leave you blind for moments with severe lower abdominal pain, non-stopping...

Doppler study is useful to confirm it!
