Can Medication For PCOD Cause Any Problem In Conceiving?

Hi, My age is 23 now. From the very beginning of my menses i was diagnosed with PCOD. I am still taking treatment for same (after jumping from homeopathy and Ayurveda now m continuing with alopathy). Now I do get regular periods with help of medicines...My gynach has told me that medicines which I am taking now are completely safe. Still I have a question that whether I will be able to conceive, and deliverer a healthy baby after marriage?
