Hello, Melacare forte cream contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone. It is used to treat hyperpigmentation i.e dark skin due to any cause like acne, melasma etc.Do not use this cream without consulting a dermatologist as this cream also contains an steroid which can be harmful if used wrongly. It should be used over an affected area only. So my suggestion is have a visit to dermatologist and get an appropriate treatment accordingly. Hope this helps.Take care. Thank you.
