Can Menstrual Spotting, Abdominal Cramps, And Nausea Post Sterilization Indicate Pregnancy?

Had a tubal ligation almost 7years ago. This month when my period was to typically start on a 28day cycle it was spotting and brown. Exactly a week after i devolped cramping in low abdomen, dizziness, and nausea. Took 2 hpt but where negative. Is there still a chance i could be pregnant? Still have been tired, moody, cramping . occasionally, and breast sore.

how old are you? and have your cycles been regular since your tubal sterilisation?

there is a chance of ectopic pregnancy, but it can be confirmed only by an ultrasound
