Hello, I have protected sex with an escort service,she went on top of me for less than 5 minutes until i cam inside the condom.When I went to the bathroom I notice a significant amount of blood all over my penis and scrotum.The girl said she did not know she had her period.What worries me is I have a small visible genital warts.My greatest worry is having a significant amount of menstruation blood on my small visible genital warts might be an entry point for HIV virus.I am so worried and please need you advise.

First of all know the status of that escort. if escort is negative than no worry. but if it is positive than you should worry. you do not mentioned the period after exposure. Since it is exposure on your penis and scrotum there are chances that you exposed to significant viral load. in the 48 hours of your exposure you should start PEP and than ART treatment for 28 days. than do your HIV testing...
