First of all know the status of that escort. if escort is negative than no worry. but if it is positive than you should worry. you do not mentioned the period after exposure. Since it is exposure on your penis and scrotum there are chances that you exposed to significant viral load. in the 48 hours of your exposure you should start PEP and than ART treatment for 28 days. than do your HIV testing...
