Can Mesiygna Cause Abortion?

hello i had unsafe sex 10 days ago and during 2 days i have ovulation , i think maybe i am 8 days pregnant . in drug store they gave me Mesigyna ( 50 mg norethisterone and 5mg estradiol valerat ) per 1ml of mesiygna can this drug cause abortion? thank you

If this is pregnancy then no drug would abort this on the contrary this could cause great harm if ever tried, because surgical intervention is the option for abortion and this is not good idea, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
