Can Mini Contraceptive Pill Cause Irregular Menstruation?
Hi, I ve been on the mini pill since October 2014 and the doctor that prescribed this told me that i would have fewer to no periods. I had a period in November and one this month which ended on the 5th but today when going to the rest room there was blood. i never had this problem and wanted to know is this cause for concern

The use of the birth control pill can result in break through bleeding in some women.
This is bleeding that can occur between the periods. Normally, as the person continues to use the pill, this would decrease but if you remain concerned,you should contact your doctor.
