Can Mini Stroke Cause Black Out?

I am trying to figure out what happened last Friday night, went to dinner with my husband and step daughter and just sort of blacked out or dazed and when I came out of it about 1 minuite later I had wet my pants and couldn t figure out what happened. Could this be a mini stroke ? I take high blood pressure medicine now?

I can understand your concern.

Yes this could be a mini stroke what we call a transient Ischaemic attack(TIA).

I would suggest you to
1. Get your blood pressure checked. If high take the medicine you take daily for high blood pressure.
2. Get a noncontrast CT scan done to rule out any infarct(stroke)
3. Get your blood glucose checked.

Visit a doctor.
He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
Do not worry much.
