I am taking adderall. I just started friday night,. I was a heavy mountian dew drinker. the first two days only had a little mountian dew. today I had three glasses. I am confused it mountian dew is really bad for you and should I quit taking it since I am now on adderall. I cant make a decision on my own if I should stop the pop. the adderall is doing wonders and I know both affect different chemicals in the brain, but will the pop have long term affects on my body like bad ones? Is it better to say on only adderall? I am adhd...I am 46yrs old and just diagnosed. was misdiagnosed before with depression alone.
