Can Mouth Ulcers Lead To Black Coloured Stools?

Have seen full black stool first day and semi black stool second day.only 2 days.i am regukarly on atenolol 25 mg once a day.also am on Vit B complaex for mouth ulcers took this med twice early morning empty stomach.no pain while passing stool,no mucous etc.what can it be

I really appreciate your concern, black stool color could be due to diet or medicines if does not associated with any symptoms, if this long last and reason of diet and medicine ruled out then stool examination is must, because it could be intestinal or GI tract bleeding, hope this information helps.
