Can Movements Of Fetus Be Noticed During 19th Week Of Pregnancy?

hi i am kimberly my obgyn doc says she thinks i am further along when i was to be 8 weeks now that makes me 19 weeks is it normal to feel movement from the baby or slightly kicking.is that normal to feel that i felt a thump a slight kick and was concerned?
