Can Multiple Lipomatosis Cause Muscle Spasms?
Can multiple lipomatosis cause muscle spasm. I have multiple lipomas and when I exert, like exercise or something as simple as carrying my 2 year old daughter, my muscles spasm , mostly the trapezius muscle and the lipomas over them become tender for a while.

Lipomas can cause muscle and nerve compression and thus cause spasm. As first line management, you can try drugs like baclofen for symptomatic relief.
