Can Multiple Lumps On Body With Whitish-yellow Material Coming Out Be A Symptom Of STD?

sir, i am 27 yr old i developed multiple small lumps in back3 yrs ago .at first they where few now i have many and now i also have near buttock,the lumps have small opening out of which whitish yellow cheesy material comes out which are not foul smelling.the surrounding area became black and is not goimg away.i have no itching no diabetes . i had sex with a sex worker 3 yrs ago, wore a condom.is this std doc plz help me.
