Can My Gilbert S Syndrome And Elevated Bilirubin Levels Cause My Fatigue, Dizziness, And Brain Fog?

Hi I have been feeling very unwell for the last approx 6 months. I feel tired, no energy, dizzy and light headed , brain fog like im here but not really here and i m really struggling. I have been diagnosed with Gilberts Syndrome, my last blood test my direct bilirubin was 12umol/L and indirect was 25 umol/l. Ive had lots of blood tests which also showed a weak positive of smooth muscle antibody. Should i be worried about this? Can the bilirubin levels make me feel this poorly?
