Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the
semen analysis report you have enclosed, the following conclusions can be drawn.
1. Semen volume seems to be adequate.
2. Viscosity should be ideally good but is indicated as fair.
3.
Sperm count seems to be less as indicated as very low sperm population.
4.
Sperm motility does not seem up to the mark as indicated by poorly progressive sperm motility.
5. Sperm morphology is also not proper as indicated by distortions on sperms.
6. Semen is showing features of infection.
With the above findings, the fertility seems to be low and poor at this stage.
However, it could be tried for improvement by treating with a course of appropriate antibiotics. Also taking some of the nutrients along with like L-carnitine,
Alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10,
Vitamin E,
Selenium, Lecithin and Zinc as supplements along with, which should help to regain sperm morphology features and its functioning capacity.
After a period of one month, semen analysis can be repeated to look for the response to the treatment as well as improvement.
Kindly
consult Infertility specialist to review the report and administer the treatment accordingly.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
