Can my left chest pain be caused from my degenerative arthritis in my back? I often get pain that runs through my left chest and breast area. It feels like a nerve is being pinched and sending pain to that area, but I can't help but think it could be my heart. I was diagnosed with a left branch bundle block several years ago. I am a 54 year old female, 5 foot 2, 135 lbs. I also try to eat a healthy balanced diet most of the time.
